403(b) Retirement Plan
You may begin contributing from your own compensation to the retirement savings plan immediately upon hire to a pretax Deferral and/or Roth Deferral Plan.
When you have been employed by the University for one calendar year, with a minimum of 1,000 hours worked during the Plan Year, Avila will make a contribution of 1% of your base pay.
